Kimberly Simonson brings a background in care coordination and patient advocacy across skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care settings, where she worked directly with patients and families navigating complex, high-need health situations. That hands-on experience shapes how she supports individuals and families facing an asbestos-related diagnosis today.

Jackie Jimenez brings direct patient-facing experience from her work as an Intake Coordinator and patient services professional, where she developed a practical understanding of healthcare navigation and the importance of compassionate, clear communication at difficult moments.
